Air Ambulance King Airs

Alkan Air operates three dedicated air ambulance aircraft in support of Yukon Emergency Medical Services.   All three King Airs are configured with specialized stretcher kits and medical equipment which allow EMS Flight Nurses and Paramedics to provide excellent service to patients in transit.

The King Air 200 is used for short flights to gravel runways throughout the Yukon and Northern British Columbia.  The King Air 300 and 350 are versatile and fast aircraft capable of picking up patients in a remote community and transporting them directly to major centres such as Vancouver, Calgary or Edmonton.
